Hmmm ... our proposal on both the ICANN web site and on trusted.resource.org contains a link to the doc file. I've attached the proposal for your convenience. Please let me know if you need any of the other documents, such as the Joint Statement of Authority or the Consolidated Financials.

Can you let me know a bit more about the NC Constituency Evaluation Process? Who is participating, dates, your criteria, etc...? Or, you can point me to a web page detailing this if it exists.

Thanks. Unfortunately, I can't say ANYTHING about the evaluation until release of the draft. ICANN has imposed very strict secrecy rules on us.
