This year, our raffle has three great prizes. FIRST PRIZE is a chance to meet with Vint Cerf (co-inventor of the TCP protocol and a founder of the Internet Society), Dave Farber (a distinguished professor who taught many Internet pioneers and the former Chief Technologist of the FCC), and Milo Medin (a founder and CTO of @Home and former chief architect of NASA's Internet). ALSO FIRST PRIZE is a chance to meet with pioneering publisher and open source advocate Tim O'Reilly and Eric Schmidt, the Chairman of Google. YET ANOTHER FIRST PRIZE is a chance to meet with noted standards expert Marshall T. Rose and Paul Vixie, one of the moving forces behind the Domain Name System.
Your suggested tax-deductible donation of $1,000 gives you a chance to win at our drawing on April 30. Send in more than one ticket and leverage your chances! Meetings are intended to take place in the San Francisco Bay Area and you'll need to arrange mutually agreeable time(s) and place(s) with your designated father(s) if you win. The Founding Fathers Raffle Drawing will be held on April 30, 2002 at 4:52 PM (PST). Your contribution to the Internet Multicasting Service is tax deductible in accordance with section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code. This raffle is being conducted in accordance with California Penal Code 302.5 §. A donation is not required to enter this raffle. All meetings with Founding Fathers are intended to take place in the San Francisco Bay Area and will be scheduled at the mutual convenience of the lucky winner(s) and their father(s).
